The problem
Psynergy Mental Health came to us with a poorly constructed web application and a request to fix the solution. The solution they had was not well designed, had not considered any data protection regulations, and was not user friendly at all. The output from the website did not give the company a professional image at all, and the code had been written in different languages, making translation practically impossible.
The solution
Instead of trying to reconstruct existing code, we decided to rebuild the entire application using Digital Symphony.
We constructed a new front-facing site with multiple security profiles which would allow organisations to buy the products on line and start using them directly. The report outputs were constructed in a robust PDF framework and organisations could manage and control the data that was being submitted by their staff.
The structure of Digital Symphony allows the submitted data to remain secure and to ensure that data protection legislation is met. Not has the solution been rebuilt, but new functionality continues to be added in order to provide an enhanced experience to existing and new Psynergy customers.
The verdict
The Digital Symphony framework is so robust it can be modified to meet the needs of specialist organisations, like Psynergy Mental Health, and not just for case management solutions.
