Managing the asbestos estate across a national network of ageing buildings required a specialist application tailored to government regulations around the categorisation, handling and disposal of asbestos.
The Digital Symphony case management module and documentation module were extended to track the paperwork involved at every stage of the asbestos evaluation and removal process. The agency portal module was leveraged to allow third party contractors to participate in the case delivery.
