Reporting engine
Our Data reporting engine provides a way for you to craft your own reports on top of the standard set of reports you would expect from a modern application.
The application engine that underpins the framework caches runtime data internally which greatly accelerates the running and production of reports.
User definable reports come as standard and your data is exportable at the point of use so integration with other reporting engines is simplicity itself should you need to.
Document management
This component provides full document management facilities including upload, distribution, document review workflows, and everything else you would expect from a fully featured document management system
Asset management
Full asset management including full asset lifecycle processing, servicing, location tracking and fault management is provided by the Asset Management module out of the box
Survey management
The survey module provides your users with the ability to define their own surveys and send them your clients at the click of a button.
Help desk
The Digital Symphony toolkit provides a full ITIL overlay onto the case management system allowing for the creation of unique help desk solutions tailored to your needs.
Workflow
No case management system would be complete without a workflow mechanism. The Digital Symphony toolkit provides a user customisable workflow engine that is simple to utilise and simple to use.
Configuration
Configuring the backend of your system with things like custom service level agreements (SLA's), workflows, connections for EMIl integration is provided by a standard customisation interface.
